In the prestigious Best of Reality 2001 development competition, which is organised by Parnas and the Association for the Development of the Property Market, the Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre (HIPCC) in Vysehrad, Prague, was declared the Best Hotel Project of the Year.
The nine-member jury, consisting of architects, town-planners and investment experts, awarded the prize in this category for the very first time in the three-year history of this competition for the most successful development projects in the Czech Republic.
For the managing director of HIPCC Dr. Jan Filip this award means in particular 'huge satisfaction that the model for a hotel with a modern design, despite initial distrust and the need to convince people, is correct.'
