Terms & Conditions for reservations made via www.euroholiday.cz
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms apply to your
own bookings made through this site (www.euroholiday.cz)
and sites affiliated. By placing a reservation you agree to these terms. Feel

Important remarks
All rates are subject to availability and an allocation of rooms.
All rates are TAX (VAT and municipal taxes) included.
These rates are available ONLY for bookings made with us.
The rates are not valid during fair periods, exhibitions and special events.
(Some hotels have different rates in the following periods, usually know as
top season)
Hotel Reservations & Confirmation
All your reservation requests will be followed up with an email, where you will
be asked for credit card details in order to proceed the booking (if not given
on-line). After we receive your details, your reservation is confirmed by sending
the voucher or confirmation email to you (see below).
There is no additional reservation charge for hotels booked through this
site.
All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card (VISA, EC-MC, American
Express).
Booking Alternative Hotel
If the hotel of your choice is unavailable, you will be offered alternative
hotel(s). In this case you will be asked for approval before processing the
alternative hotel reservation.
Please advise us if you don't wish to have any alternative offers.
Rates
The rates are available ONLY for bookings made with us. The price advertised
on this web pages is not available from the hotel directly.
These rates are 0-70% lower than the hotel rack rates. We guarantee that
you will never pay the price which is higher than the hotel rack rate.
The rates are obligatory given in local currency CZK (Czech Crowns). All rates
shown in this site in other currencies are subject to change depending on daily
foreign currency/CZK exchange rate. The total amount in CZK is confirmed at
the time of booking.
(The above is the general rule. Exception: Some hotels confirm their rates in
EURO. If the rate is confirmed in EURO, the actual CNB (Czech National Bank)
exchange rate valid on the day of guest's arrival will be applied for all currency
conversions.)
Vouchers
Vouchers are issued and sent to you after definite confirmation. Vouchers include
all the details about the service and must be presented at the hotel reception
desk upon check-in.
Payments
Individual bookings (up to 8 people):
There are no pre-payments. We never charge your credit card in advance.
Total amount is charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival.(*)
Group bookings:
We agree on the payment plan according to the hotel's policy.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date
in order to avoid a cancellation fee (*).
Cancellation penalty is the first
night's room rate charged to the your credit card.
(in other words: If you do not cancel your reservation at least 5 days before
the scheduled arrival, and fail to arrive, your card will be charged for the
cancellation fee.)
All changes are made free of charge if announced at least 5 days before original
scheduled arrival.
(*) Except for breaches of hotel's policy.
You will be informed about all payment & cancellation conditions when
making reservation.
These Terms & Conditions are valid from 1st January 2003 (updated 24 November
2004).
